Mahoneys recently welcomed 4 new lawyers to the firm. Recruited as part of the firm’s growth strategy:
- Julie Hidalgo joined our property team as a Senior Associate specialising in motels, management rights and commercial leasing;
- Robert Carter (Associate) and Patrick Johnson (Senior Lawyer) joined our disputes team specialising in matters from simple debt recovery to complex commercial litigation; and
- Liam Boudin joined our dedicated body corporate team as a lawyer specialising in body corporate law.
This recruitment, along with James Morgan and Adam Smith (commercial litigation) and Brenden Eames (property) – who all joined the firm this financial year – has seen the firm double in size in under 5 years.
This growth, which is part of the firm’s long-term strategic plan, includes:
- building a brand that works for all;
- ensuring sustainability across all parts of the firm; and
- expanding our service offering whilst reinforcing our commitment to existing practice areas.
We look forward to what the new joiners will bring to the firm.
