That is why we are pleased to announce the following senior appointments:

• Amy O’Donnell and Todd Garsden have been promoted to Partner; and
• Nicole Cleary has been promoted to Special Counsel.

Amy, Todd and Nicole are highly respected lawyers who have made and will continue to make an outstanding contribution to the long term success of our clients and the firm.

Amy is a property lawyer with 20 years’ experience. Her experience is wide ranging and she has extensive experience in all property matters, but currently her focus is specialised, concentrating on management rights, motels and leasing matters.

Todd is an experienced property lawyer who specialises in body corporate law. He predominantly acts for bodies corporate, body corporate managers and lot owners on all matters affecting bodies corporate.

Nicole works predominantly in the areas of management rights, property development and commercial property transactions. She has extensive experience in commercial property matters and advises on all aspects of the property acquisition and disposal process.

These appointments form part of the firm’s long term strategic plan, which includes expanding our service offering whilst reinforcing our commitment to existing practice areas.
