Jemerrie (Jem) is a lawyer in our property team working closely with Amy O’Donnell and John Mahoney.

Prior to her admission, Jem’s experience included providing paralegal support on a range of matters including commercial and residential conveyancing, debt recovery and insolvency and commercial litigation.

Post her admission in 2021, her experience included supporting clients on residential off-the-plan developments and commercial property transactions.

This experience influences Jem’s ability to consider her clients’ needs and deliver commercial outcomes within tight time frames, whilst maintaining positive client relationships.

At Mahoneys, Jem’s focus will be on supporting clients buy, sell and operate management rights and motel businesses.
