- Acting for land owners and property developers on site acquisitions subject to put and call option arrangements
- Acted for a large diversified property group with the acquisition and disposal of major shopping centre sites in Queensland
- Acted for an ASX-listed specialist investment manager in the acquisition of several high net worth commercial assets nationally
