About

Rebecca is a Special Counsel in our commercial litigation team.

Admitted in 2014, Rebecca has spent over 10 years helping individuals, SMEs, large private companies, joint ventures and partnerships navigate complex commercial disputes.

Her experience includes working with business owners, management, boards, in-house legal teams and other key stakeholders to help deliver the best possible legal and commercial outcomes for her clients.

In addition to using traditional and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (including mediation and arbitration), Rebecca regularly represents clients’ interests in specialist courts and tribunals, including:

  • Australian Human Rights Commission;
  • Fair Work Commissioners Office;
  • Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia;
  • Land Court of Queensland;
  • Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management;
  • Planning and Environment Court;
  • Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal;
  • Queensland Human Rights Commission; and
  • Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of Queensland.

Her commitment to building a deep understanding of her clients’ businesses enables her to offer litigation solutions that support her client’s long-term strategic, operational, and commercial objectives.
