About
Anders is a skilled commercial litigator with diverse experience in State and Federal jurisdictions in Australia.
He commenced his legal career at Mahoneys in 2010 as a clerk before being admitted as a solicitor in Victoria in 2015. Anders returned to the firm in 2020.
Anders regularly advises individuals, small business and SMEs on general commercial disputes, property and trust matters.
He routinely acts for and against insolvency practitioners in corporate and personal insolvency disputes. Anders was recognised as “one to watch” in litigation, in the 2023 and 2024 Edition of Best Lawyers® in Australia.
