- Acted for liquidator in successfully resisting declaration that land held in a charitable trust.
- Advised and acted for executors of deceased estates in relation to family provision claims.
- Advised trustees of self-managed superannuation funds in relation to distribution of death benefits.
- Advised and acted for trustee companies in relation to claiming unpaid interest on sanctioned judgments.
- Litigation involving the appointment of an administrator for the purposes of enforcing an adjudicator’s orders under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997.
