Kajol has worked in the legal industry since 2019, developing experience across diverse practice areas and now focusing her practice on body corporate, building and construction, and corporate and commercial disputes.

Admitted in 2022 Kajol acts for developers, builders, financiers, body corporates and corporate clients in contractual disputes, insolvency and winding-up proceedings, shareholder and business sale disputes, and statutory claims.

She regularly supports clients through the various stages of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy and correspondence through to pleadings, interlocutory processes and settlement negotiations.

Kajol is known for her thorough preparation, clear communication and approachable manner. She develops strong working relationships with clients and works collaboratively to guide them through complex and often high-pressure disputes.
