Nicola is a senior lawyer in our commercial litigation team working closely with Ben Seccombe.

Admitted as a solicitor in 2019, Nicola gained experience in a boutique commercial and tax firm prior to commencing practice in litigation.

Nicola has experience in areas of law including general commercial litigation, dispute resolution, debt recovery and insolvency. Her recent experience includes:

• acting for creditors in winding up applications and bankruptcy proceedings;
• acting for clients in both commencing and defending debt recovery proceedings, including advice on issuing and defending statutory demands; and
• advising and acting for clients in claims concerning residential building contracts.

Nicola focuses on providing a high level of service to all clients. Her approach is to work closely with clients to deliver practical solutions to their legal problems.
