Admitted in 2018, Solitaire is a Senior Associate in our Property Team, working primarily across management rights, motels, property development, commercial property, and other property-related matters.

She has extensive experience in complex commercial and retail property transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, development agreements, and leasing matters. Her expertise spans a range of sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, and not-for-profit.

Solitaire is known for her client-focused approach—valuing clear communication, strong relationships, and practical, commercially driven advice that achieves results.

She is part of Mahoneys’ dedicated Property team, which has been recognised as a Leading Queensland Property & Real Estate Law Firm in Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession (2022–2025) and as one of the Best Law Firms in Australia (2025–2026).

Outside of her legal career, Solitaire serves as an Australian Defence Force (ADF) Reservist, following five years of full-time service with the ADF.
