Last night Mahoneys partners John Mahoney and Todd Garsden joined Trudy Crooks (Resort Brokers), Matthew Savage (BCsystems) and approximately 100 resident managers to discuss ways to maintain the value of a management rights business.
Specifically, John and Todd covered the new regulation modules and what they mean for resident managers; what benefits resident managers need to disclose; and what’s happening with management rights assignment and variations.
