The webinar – organised by The Professional Medical Practice (PMP) and The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) – was well received with over 600 physicians registered to hear from Antony, Angela Jeffrey and Arash Zamansani (William Buck), and Chris Mariani (Medical and General Risk Solutions).
Specifically, Antony covered some of the important legal issues that need to be considered, including:
- preparing a practice for sale;
- maximising the value of the business;
- business succession;
- finding a suitable buyer;
- structuring the sale; and
- impact on a physician’s estate planning.
