Antony has over 25 years’ experience dealing with a broad range of legal issues affecting small and large businesses and high wealth individuals.

Antony’s focus is on his clients achieving results. He prides himself on taking the time to understand his client’s business, enabling him to work together with them to obtain their desired outcome within legal and commercial ambits.   • acting for renewable energy project developers in various solar farm projects ranging from $300million to $1.3billion end value including share sales to a large overseas renewable energy entities;
  • assisting start-ups raise capital including assisting a technology business raise over $15million;
  • advising on >$100million tech business acquisition;
  • acting for a major international supplier of renewable energy equipment on critical equipment contracts, installation and supply contracts;
  • acquisition and sales of various large medical practices;
  • corporate governance review of a major national not for profit group;
  • operation and sale of Mercedes-Benz and Mazda dealerships;
  • operation and restructure of a major agricultural business;
  • operation and sale of Daydream Island.
