Will is a senior associate in the property team of Mahoneys working predominantly in the areas of management rights, property development, commercial property and other property related matters.

Will acts for a wide range of management rights clients – from ASX listed companies, large corporations and syndicates to mum and dad investors.

Will’s experience includes acting in significant management rights transactions, preparing and varying caretaking and letting agreements, as well as providing strategic advice and dispute prevention.

Outside of management rights, Will acts for developers and landholders in all aspects of acquisition and body corporate titling and structuring. Will assists clients through all stages of the development process, providing timely and transparent advice in respect of planning issues, legislative compliance and other procedural matters.

Will is passionate about property law and is a trusted adviser to many clients and takes a pragmatic approach to ensure that their commercial objectives are achieved without complication and undue cost.

Will was recognised as a Rising Star in the 2025 and 2026 editions of the Doyle’s guide for Property & Real Estate in Queensland.

Will is a key member of Mahoneys dedicated property team which has been named a leading Queensland Property & Real Estate Law Firm (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026) in Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession and, in Best Law Firms in Australia (2025 and 2026).
