Mahoneys recently assisted the liquidators of the BCN Group of companies in an application to the Federal Court to appoint the liquidators as receivers of the corporate trading trusts of the group.
The application was heard and determined within 48 hours of the liquidators’ appointment and was necessary in order to preserve the perishable assets owned by the trusts.
