Earlier this week Mahoneys Partner Antony Harrison joined Angela Jeffrey, Scott Montefiore and Eric Flammang (William Buck) and a room full of Fellows, VMOs, GPs and business managers – at The Gold Coast Private Hospital GCPH) – to discuss the business and financial considerations when starting, running and growing a private practice.

Specifically, Antony covered some of the important legal issues that need to be addressed – including protecting personal assets from business risks and the types of legal agreements that might arise in the course of setting up, running and owning a private practice.
