Mahoneys Partner Todd Garsden joined Nikki Jovicic today for LookUpStrata’s New Regulation Modules webinar – where approx. 120 people tuned in to hear Todd discuss the impact of the changes that came into effect at the beginning of March. He also took time to answer questions that lot owners, body corporate committees and body corporate managers had about the changes to the regulation modules.

- the operation of same issue motions;
- co-owner eligibility to be a committee member; and
- lot owner’s rights to submit motions to the committee.
