Our work included:
- reviewing and advising on the connection agreements and the construction agreements;
- advising on the buyers FIRB constraints;

- supporting the buyer’s due-diligence requirements;
- negotiating and documenting the commercial terms;
- completing the sale; and
- satisfying post completion obligations.
