The refinance – which was critical to helping the group deliver its long-term growth strategy – involved bespoke asset financing and a complex securitisation arrangement (including cross-collateralising the facilities back to 9 corporate entities).
Our work included reviewing the arrangement with the lender, advising on the terms (including the cross-collateralising and securitisation arrangements), and helping the client satisfy the lenders pre-condition requirements.
