John Mahoney  was recently featured in Resort News – the magazine for the accommodation industry professional – where he discussed the Queensland Government’s review of the management rights industry.

Specifically his article addressed the “elephant in the room” – the length of the term is not the issue!

His view is based on the fact that the overwhelming majority of schemes are happy with the managers (and the terms of their agreement) and, if the law was applied correctly, there are ample mechanisms in the Act for dealing with underperforming managers.
