John Mahoney recently joined Trevor Rawnsley (CEO of the Australian Resident Accommodation Manager’s Association (ARAMA) to discuss the Queensland Government’s review into the Management Rights industry.

Specifically, they addressed the concern that the term of management rights agreements may be reduced.

In his presentation, John provided some context to the Government’s review; the current state of play; what the industry was doing protect the rights of resident managers; and what the likely outcome will be.

He also highlighted ARAMA’s role supporting the industry and encouraged all managers to get behind them.
