Mahoneys’ Partner Amy O’Donnell recently joined Trevor Rawnsley (ARAMA) and Lynn Smith (Residential Tenancies Authority) on a webinar to highlight the changes to the Queensland residential tenancy laws and discuss the implications from a management rights perspective.
Specifically the session covered:
- a background to the rental reforms; and
- what changes came into effect on 1 October 2022.
