Mahoneys recently assisted a technology start-up raise $10M in capital from local investors. This capital raise reflects the confidence in investing in Queensland-owned technology start-ups at a time when funding is getting harder to source.

Our team consisted of Antony Harrison, Rhys Williamson, and Sabrina Austin. Our role included:

• advising on capital raising and structuring options;
• ensuring compliance with relevant disclosure requirements;
• structuring the capital raise to keep the company in private hands; and
• negotiating and documenting the shareholder agreement.
